We had fantastic service from the Team at Audi Slough. After visiting other dealerships I can honestly say they went above and beyond on two purchases we made. Yes there were some delays but we were kept updated at all times. They genuinely wanted our business and took real interest in our needs. Thank you Zahead, Andrew, Richard and Ebenezer. Superb service by Ridwan and Ebenezer at Slough. Having purchased my first Audi off these guys, I just can’t recommend them enough. Normally, I get pretty good service at Slough Audi, but the other day I went in for a simple MOT and was kept there for 4 hours! To be fair, I did also get a visual health check for the car and a wash and vacuum, but....4 hours???! At least they have good wifi, so I could get some work done.

First class customer service!I recently bought a 2 year old RS5 from a brilliant teams at Slough Audi. My first contact was with an extremely helpful & trustworthy gentleman named Ebenezer. He provided me with a personised video of the car as I live 3 hours away. He even came in on his day off to meet me in person & ensure the handover was perfect.I then had the pleasure of meeting Andreea, she was also very helpful & friendly making me feel relaxed regarding the purchase. She accompanied me on a test drive prior to handing over the car to me. She helped me with everything from the my Audi app to explaining all the new feature of the vehicle. I can safely say these two made the experience one to remember. Thanks!

Have had our Q7 serviced here for a few years now and they have always been pretty good but today they went above and beyond. I needed to bring my 3 year old with me due to school holidays and the staff were all so kind to him, the service took a bit longer than we expected and when we went to get back in the car the below was sat in his seat for him.Shout out Dominique, you made my boys day!

My first visit was disappointing as I needn't feel as though I served well. The second visit was totally different, I was served by Ebenezer Duah, a very well mannered person explained everything very well. Smiling and laughing we went through all my options. The car that I was interested in wasn't there but he arranged to test drive a similar spec. Ended up buying car and Ebenezer was very helpful throughout.

Met on arrival at the car park - very smart young person, directed me to reception met there also with a good morning and interest. My only downside is more to do with my lease co - no ‘fixed’ time for my service and as Audi Slough is quite remote made leaving and returning not an option - so I lost part of a work day.

I recently had a service and inspection carried out by Slough Audi.The service I received from Mark Dobson in particular was fantastic.I'd also like to thank the technician who cleared my wonky windscreen washers as well. That really was above and beyond!Highly recommended!
