Just don't renew your passport at the post office because the passport office will say the was a error on the system. On the renew of the passport. Just get a passport full and let someone help you or you can do it yourself but when it come to section 10 let a profession person full that it. if they can give the personal information out.

I will only.use this post office in the town. Staff are extremely polite &.helpful. They do really nice cards for all occasions- at a competitive price I was amazed they do Fragrance Lamps with lamp oil at an even more competitive price than online - plus the lamp refills - even more competitive. I would definately recommend this post office .

Yesterday a very helpful Gentleman helped me update my driving licence! He went our of this way to give me an amazing service! He had me sorted out in about 15 minutes! Where as the other 3 post offices I went to, the people weren't helpful at all! Giving me totally wrong information! Thank you for such a great service!

Went in there and clearly asked for 2 postal deliveries second class small packages they should have been around £3.50 (roughly each) he then proceeded to deal with another package while asking me question so I couldn’t quite hear him as he was behind glass so I just said yes, then came out to found he charged me £16!!!! Went back in tried to fix the mistake I was dealt with a nice polite employee but, the manager or what seemed to be the manager or supervisor was getting really rude back chatting with certain comments and proceeded to then ignore me, awful customer service and very very rude!!!

Even if waiting in the queue to be served the staff are fast and efficient so the wait is not long at all. The manager is extremely friendly and a very approachable fella. He goes out of his way to meet your needs and always serves with a smile. As Wellingborough's main Post Office wee are lucky to have such a keen, caring and very friendly branch such as it is.

Went in to get a form to renew my passport, the man behind the counter was very helpful, so much so I returned home and fetched my old passport and went back.He very kindly filled in the forms, took me to the photograph machine and made sure I seated and posed correctly before completing the application.He was kind and helpful with a smile, the service received was first class.

My teenage daughter regularly uses this branch to return parcels and always tells me how pleasant and helpful the staff are. Ive been in one or two times recently and I have to say all the staff are wonderful, social distancing is taken very seriously too. They are so much friendlier than other Post Offices!
