Really poor first and last impression; very unclear whether or not he would work in my area, then was unavailable for two weeks. This can be understandable, however when I said I'd see if I can get someone sooner, he proceeded to tell me that 'people leave it until the last minute and then expect their bins to be cleaned asap' and that I 'wouldn't find anyone except cowboy cleaners who are available'. Aye? Don't remember asking for all of that. Very off-putting, even if I couldn't find anyone else sooner I would rather clean them myself than pay someone with that attitude.

Charley and his team took over the cleaning of the communal area of the flat of blocks I live in a couple of months ago and since he has there has been a dramatic and positive change in the block, from the bin area, corridors and general organisation and cleanliness. The passion and pride him and the team has in the work they carry's out is second to none. I would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and quality cleaning service.
