Absolutely brilliant service, I'd definitely recommend this florist.My friend who lives in Brownhills was feeling a bit down so I thought a bunch of flowers would cheer her up. I placed the order online for delivery tomorrow and wrote my little cheer up message. Emma the florist saw my message and contacted me to say she could deliver today so we could get my friend cheered up sooner. The flowers were beautiful and it's cheered my friend up no end. Really thoughtful and above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Our experience dealing with Emma from Floral Exuberance was faultless, the entire experience was stressfree & we couldn't have wished for a better wedding day. They provided: chair covers & bows, table runners, a flower arch, tree bows, bouquets for the bridal party, bouquets as gifts and button holes. All items provided were of a high standard & met our requirements. They turned up early to set everything up & returned at gone midnight to collect items hired.

Emma and Darren created the perfect flowers and set up for the wedding. It was more amazing than I even imagined and just perfect! I trusted Emma to create flowers from a reference photo and they ended up being better than all of the photos I’d sent and really personalised to what I had asked for, with added special touches. Emma and Darren were really helpful with ideas and setting up the wedding, they made it so simple and stress free delivering everything.
