I rang on a Sunday concerned that my elderly neighbour did not have smoke alarms and that my own was faulty. They attended within a couple of hours and fitted all new smoke alarms for free. Cannot express in words how fantastic they are. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service! Phoned Saturday morning to report faulty smoke alarms. By mid-afternoon the same day, firemen turned up to fit new ones and do a safety check. Thank you very much for peace of mind.
