Proos Roofing Supplies

my experience with proos was not very good. There seems to be an ethos of 'cannot be bothered' , emails not replied to, told goods would take 10 days then it was 14, then they forgot half the order so had to wait another week. When flashings finally arrived they's sent the wrong length. two 3m lengths instead of the 3.8m's ordered. which means we now have to wait another week at least to get them manufactured and delivered. The reason i've revised this review to give them 2 stars not 1 is that the manager has tried hard to put things right. Although communication (replying to emails or calling back) is not his strong suit, i do get the impression that he cares and wants to make things better. I think someone needs to take a good look at the systems in place for ordering at this business and figure out how to put it right so these staff are not constantly dealing with problems in what is a very simple business, frankly.

They have really gone down-hill over the last two years. I now use Jewson for all my roofing materials - better prices and service.
