Carlos Pizza

Waited over two hours for delivery. Kept ringing and they kept trying to say it would be another 25 minutes. Spoilt my whole evening. It was evident by the time it arrived that they had only just done the order. Really bad service and they do not seem to care, no apology at all. Not sure they deserve any stars. No discount , or any other offer.

Had an appalling meal from them spent £55 and I’d rather of ate Tesco’s own pizza, the pizzas were bland with no base sauce, the jalapeño bites may as of well been green pepper bites, the customer service was non existent, was more than happy for us to take the pizzas back without a refund, we was basically told to go away that is there pizzas and how they are made, I would not recommend going there, either use Sainsbury’s or Tesco’s or even hot and spice, will not be using them again

I ordered two chicken tikka nan rolls and chips plus 2 cokes, the chips tasted funny and were stone cold , the chicken tikka roll had somebodys hair in it and the nan was stale to the point of having fungus growing on it, it was one of the worst meal's i have ever had, if you want a good meal cook it yourself or go somewhere else. In the quality reveiw they should add terrible instead of poor-fair.

Carlos's Pizza is an absolute gem! The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh. Each bite is a delightful explosion of taste. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it a top-notch pizza experience. Five stars without a doubt! Thank you bossman xx

Ordered barbecue sauce on a kebab, they sent burger sauce. Rang and he argued with me that it was burger sauce but I have the original order and it states quite clearly barbecue!! And he expected payment for another one. Not likely.

Absolutely starving and ordered pizza's from Carlos. They arrived 2 hours later and was near to eating my arm. After receiving the pizza and after having two mouthfalls, wished I had ate my arm instead!!! Be warned save £20 eat your arm, it will taste better. Oh, they also wanted another £2.50 for the late delivery not mentioned on the menu.

Ordered food accepted the order, cancelled the order, complained told the order would show up. 1 hour later some stuff i wouldnt even caĺl food showed up. Disgusting order at your own risk

Ordered pizza, chips and a drink from Carlos pizzas we were told it would be an hours wait, which we didn't mind as it was a Friday night. After an hours wait, pizza hadn't arrive. Another 10 minutes and we called, to be advised that it was out for delivery and would be 5-10 minutes. It eventually arrived 25 minutes later, cold and with the wrong order. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Placed an order which came completely wrong. I (stupidly so I was told) threw the food away. I called to ask for my money back. I got hung up on and had to call again, I got greeted by a very aggressive man who would not allow me to explain my wrong order. This man finally allowed me to explain and did not believe that my order was incorrect. The man on the phone then proceeded to tell me that he is reporting me for trying to make a complaint and that my call will be recorded and reported for harassment. I simply wanted a refund and was happy to take a photo of the food but the man wanted me to bring the food back so he could give it to someone else. I also got told if I was to make an online bad review he would reply and report me to te police. I would honestly avoid this place, it's clearly changed hands and gone down hill completely. absolute disgrace
