Kirks Vets

I have 2 working dogs. The people at the vets are always very welcoming and friendly with no hesitation or fearful towards the dogs. I would highly recommend these

Couldn't ask for a better start to our vet life in the UK. Our dog had some serious looking issues and it was an impromtu visit. Our dog is...fragile...and doesn't like to be touched by vets to the point that she screams like a human child. Well, this time she was calm, relaxed, even let the vet invade spaces that would ALWAYS make her scream and try to bite. I couldn't believe it was the same dog. Vets do make the difference! The price was reasonable, the experience was second to none, and we're glad we chose Kirks right out of the gate. We'll be back (though hopefully not too soon).

I arrived with concerns for my dogs weight and during the examination I was reassured and comforted by the vets response. They were very happy with my dogs health and advised me of the great job they feel I’m doing. The staff was welcoming and patient throughout my whole visit and recommended the best treatment and helped arrange my pet plan.Great service.

Very clean, big open waiting area. Warm welcome - as soon as we walked in the receptionist knew who my dog was (this was our first visit!).Vet (Jasper) was very thorough and helped our dog feel comfortable whilst discussing previous treatments and potential things to consider for the future.Great first visit - thanks :)

The best vet-groomer set-up that our dog has had in her life (11 years.) Always very nervous when at a vets, she was becalmed very quickly and given the haircut" that we asked for

Unfortunately we have had several poor experiences at Kirks Vets. Our dog has never liked going to the vets due to a traumatic incident when he was a pup. Having tried to explain to the vet that she needed to make time to bond with him before he'd allow her to examine him, she didn't have the time nor the inclination.

Kirks vets r amazing, liked the practice very clean environment, chairs well spaced out and didn't smell of detergent.Staff very receptionist both on phone and when u go in very friendly , informative and patient .The vet very informative but not highbrowed when asked a question knew what she was on about unlike some. Put my dog Max at ease his first visit. Overall very nice I would definitely recommend to my friends and people I meet. Their service is brilliant!

From my first phone call to the time we left the vets . It was very professional welcoming and reassuring. We managed to get a quick appointment and we were so relieved and thankful to Kirk vets . Would highly recommend. They have looked after our 2 kittens since they came to us at 8 weeks . Will continue to use them as we have a trust with them . Wouldn't go any where else. Well done guys .

Had to take a stray cat to the vets as it was underfed and covered in fleasI was still registered with Kirks vets and they were absolutely brilliant and checked for a microchip and hopefully reuniting the cat with it's owners
