Staff are mostly friendly and it is a good store, although sometimes they do not repack your shopping back into your bags after they have had to rescan items in the self-check scan area. Some stock issues have been reported over the last few months.

In the early evening of the 21st november i required some assistance on more than one occassion from a female member of staff working in the clothing area upstairs. All i can say is she went above and beyond the levels of customer service that most people give you. A credit to herself, retail and the company. Sadly i did not get her name.

I used the contact less payment on the car wash. it did not give me a wash. I asked the ladies in the petrol station for help to be told it's not a Tesco problem. Tesco doesn't take the money they told me. No refund, no offer of a free wash. I've checked with my bank the money was taken by tesco. Don't use! Save your money.

Massive store with a great variety of products, beware of Tesco employees doing home delivery orders as they think they own the aisles and will happily leave their carts mid aisle blocking everybody else

Everything you would expect from a Tesco, plenty of everything. Well stocked,fresh produce. Almost too much of everything actually. How many different brands of beans, for example, do you want to choose from? Having said that, if you want something specific then Tesco will probably have it.Don't forget your petrol.

Absolutely disgusted with your service. My partner received a parking ticket as there was a 3 hour time limit for the car park. My partner took her 83 year old nan shopping who recently had a big operation, of which wasn't that mobile and fitted with a colostomy bag. They had lunch, which took time to arrive, got petrol and used other facilities in your store as well as shopping, clothing range etc I'm not contesting the ticket as we paid it. But come on Tesco. Your store is massive, you have a cafe, clothing range, petrol station, opticians, tesco mobile, travel bureau and more. How can you justify a 3 hour duration of the car park when you offer all those facilities? It's beyond a joke. I know of stores 1/6 of your size with a 3 hour limit, and offer no extra facilities. Maybe it would suffice if you actually worked out what time it would take if a customer used several of your facilities including the cafe? A shop, perhaps sorting their mobile? Having an eye test? 4 hours would be better and keep 3 for the smaller stores.Can't say I'd shop at your store again to be honest. And between them they spent over £200 pounds.

Fine as Tesco's go, good range of items. Good range of non food & clothing

Artificially inflated prices. Not a supermarket you can just go to as the prices are inflated, so they can offer clubcard pricing. Unless you're a member of the club (and have given them your personal information) all the prices are inflated. Went in, realised that this applied to almost all the things I wanted. Left without buying anything.
