Paul Cole family butchers

I've used this butcher several times and am happy to say they are well worth the trip. Today I bought 2.5kg of beef brisket, which they trimmed of excess fat and offered to roll for me, I used it to batch cook shredded beef with wine, onions and mushrooms, 17 portions in total that I froze. We had the first batch yesterday and the beef was absolutely delicious and melted in the mouth. Highly recommended, and I’ve attached a pic so you can see how well stocked they are. :o)
