Extremely poor customer service. I can’t comment on their flowers as I never used them. They were unable to help me as today (14 Feb) as today is probably one of their busiest days which I understand. But this is no excuse to be rude to potential customers on the phone. I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses, so I hope to use them in the future, and will update my rating then if appropriate.

Robinsons Florist, Wotton-under-edge . Would give 10 stars,wonderful lady, new just the flowers I was after for my daughter-in-law.gave me time, could tell how busy she was. and they will be delivered today. so lovely to talk to a person. not battle with machines.

I always check reviews on florists, i am a florist myself, So one consumers comments was around valentines day, I was just gobsmacked they didnt get it, so I made my mind up id use you because of it, You went above and beyond. My Step daughter was away and you waited for them to get intouch before you delivered after trying to deliver, you didnt need to take back and then wait over a week for a call. Amazon, eflorist, post box freddie would leave out, or in the door, you were fantastic. thank you so florally much...x

Amazing service! I had some flowers sent to me when we were away for a week and I saw the delivery note on return. I thought I would have missed my chance to get them but they were so lovely and delivered them to me the afternoon after I made contact. So friendly on the phone. Thank you. Beautiful flowers/arrangements received on a number of occasions.

Absolutely every time, this florist delivers (metaphorically and literally). Whether face to face, or over the phone from miles away, Robinsons are friendly, patient, sweet, and bubbly. They take pride and care in their arrangements, and quality has always been top notch. Any flowers or arrangements I need in the area, I go straight to Robinsons. It makes a difference to have that Personal Touch" when you can't be there yourself. Thank you for making so many people happy."

A friend lives around and we wanted to send some flowers, we live in london so it was a challenge. One of my friends contacted this place, the lady that attended us did not only a beautiful bouquet but took take to go the extra mile for a person that she doesn’t know, but knew she needed some love. I’m so grateful to have come across this Angel !
