It is a family run business and they have some really nice and good value cars up for sale! We wanted one on finance, which Lewis was very helpful with, toe explain and help us to fill the documents. As there were some more requirements by the lending company, he even drove from their office a 50 minutes drive to our house so we can get them done! So not only a good value cars, but brilliant costumer service, and people that ran it are really friendly and ready to go beyond , to ensure great costumer experience!P.S. Lady at the office makes great tea :)

Absolutely recommend Ray and the team at Valley Brook. I bought a Jaguar XJ back in October. The viewing and buying process was as it should be, friendly and no pressure at all. With two days left of my 3 month warranty my car had a suspension issue and was undrivable. Lewis arranged for a 7 ton recovery truck within 24 hours and the repair was done very promptly without any issues at all. Top class service.

I bought my Volvo just short of 3 months ago had a fault on one of the cencurs phoned them up no problem car went in.i had a courtesy car ready for me. Job done no myther absolutely brilliant people on looking at the car for the 1st time I got picked up from the train station by the amazing lady who took me to see my new car. I was and am very impressed of the service and no hesitation will be going back when I need a new car.

Absolutely loved the service I received from all at Valley Brook car sales! Ray and Lewis especially!Nothing was too much trouble for them!I randomly arrived to view a Mercedes-Benz E220 cabriolet. I looked around the outside at the car, viewed other cars on the forecourt and kept going back to the E220.Lewis popped his head out of the showroom to make sure I was okay. Told me to give him a shout if I needed him.I felt no pressure whatsoever!Ray arranged for Lewis ti accompany me on a test drive as I didn't know the area.They were all so professional and friendly!I had Mt heart set on the E220 and explained a few personal things to Ray ad to why it would take me slightly longer to be able to pursue the purchase. This was no issue to him.Once I was ready (couple of weeks) Ray made sure the car was MOT'd, serviced and cleaned.There was a slight issue with a sensor and Ray arranged for this be fixed immediately and gave me a courtesy car whilst it was being repaired!I really did feel like a member of the family!Thank you and keep up the amazing work guys x
