HAVE been a regular and everything was going well.On my latest visit a new staff was quoting more than the listed price on manicure.When I queried it she said she will reduce it down a bit and was very unprofessional;rude and started talking in her own language to the owners ..so unsure what she said but she reduced the price below the listed cost and did a horrible job and literally showed me and my daughter away speaking to her owners in her own language which felt like she was querying the price but she did want to pay less when offered.i was querying the listed price not matching what she was saying .she was very patronising. Unfortunately she is not doing credit to the other staff reputation and I would be not going there anymore.

Always late and was in a rush to close and was acting as if it was my fault they were running late (even though i had booked an appointment beforehand) . I actually bled 4 times! from the filing - this was because when gluing fake nails to my nails, they got glue on my fingers so there wasnt space between my finger and thw nails for then to be filed.

Always perfect! I love how Tom and Twee are always professional, are friendly and have patience. I have been having my nails done for over 15 years and they are the best by far! :)

Been going to twee and Tom years 18 at least ...Best nail salon more friends now awesome nails and pedicure and Tom makes a lovely cup of tea x

Dreadful! Made an appointment and 45 minutes later was seen. Woman spent 10 minutes cleaning her glasses in front of me without saying a word. Was never told to wash hands before applying nail varnish so white nail powder all in ridges and nail varnish bubbled. The person was in such a hurry to do my nails she was twisting my fingers hurting me several times. More concerned with getting you in and out quick rather than providing a good quality service. Will never return again!

Absolutely lovely staff , very professional however little bit of a wait but it’s cause they’re always busy so that’s a positive sign. The staff member also spent time on the details I asked for and turned out perfect !

Fantastic nail bar lovely staff lovely coffee my wedding nails were fantastic. Everyone commented on them and they lasted a time.

Amazing, definitely my favourite nail bar for sure. The staff are very friendly and look after you well.
