Space NK Regent Street

I was looked after by Olga at this branch. She was supremely knowledgable on skincare and skin conditions and deserves recognition. I went in for a facemask to quickly hydrate my skin for a party that evening, but Olga asked what my overall issues where and probed a little more (without being overbearing and selly), she gave me two samples of creams explaining what was in them and what ingredients my skin would need, and wouldn't like. The creams have worked liked miracles and I am off to buy them today.Unfortunately I only have time to buy at my local branch (Kensington) where the team's skincare knowledge, but perhaps more importantly - product knowledge, seems limited. I will return to Olga and Oxford Circus when I need something new/ advice.Thank you Olga!

Sometimes space nk can be a hit or miss when it comes down to friendly service. This time round I was very pleased with my visit- I was served by Alexandra and she was very kind and helpful. Thank you:)

Visited this store yesterday and they were super helpful when I could not decide what eyebrow pencil colour to buy. They also recommended a new oil to help my eyebrows grow too. I really hope this helps. Thank you and see you again soon.

Black Friday shopping at Regent Street was very smooth thanks to Denise who helped me finding the products I wanted to buy. She was so kind and helpful. She also called her colleagues at Covent Garden to put on hold additional product that was not available on Regent Street. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

Went in today with an idea of what I wanted but not knowing which product would be best for this. Dani was incredibly helpful in recommending a good product for my concerns as well as being cruelty free. Dani was also very patient in helping colour match me, checking various lighting in the store; in listening to my questions; & in showing me how best to apply the product. Thank you very much for the help!The store is small but seems to be well stocked with a range of products & organised clearly. Don’t expect every makeup brand on the website in store but the brands they have seem to be a good range and enough variation in price. Can’t compare this to other branches as this is my first time in a Space NK but the positive experience I’m sure will bring me back soon.

What an experience! Walking into a store not really knowing what I was looking for can be quite nerve wracking however my nerve were washed away as soon as I walked in.Instantly was greeted with a warm welcome and asked if I needed any help.I was soon talking to a lovely lady called Melanie who I believe is the store manager, and given advice on the skin care I was looking for. She shared her experience which helped me feel at ease and never felt like I had to buy something she was suggesting.The whole team from start to finish was amazing and so lovely with huge smiles and I can for sure say I will be back for my next round of skin care. Especially as I now have an Ndulge card!

I was assisted by Nicole to find the best shade of one the Rare Beauty highlighter. She was very kind and helpful, as were the other staff in the store. Although they did not have the item in stock they gave me a list of the stores that did and offered to call ahead for me. Nice well stocked store as well with a good range of products and brands, which I have noted not all Space NKs have.

Racist staffs. I took forever to get the problematic water out of the bottle to remove my makeup, right in front of the staffs. But they only spoke to those white ladies behind me and offer them wipes that were hidden in another box. And please, stop calling customers ‘girl’ it’s unprofessional, and some people would not appreciate that.

My sister had a bridal makeup masterclass done by Olivia and it was a really lovely session. Olivia taught us how to apply the makeup, discussed skin care and didn’t pressurise to buy any products (although obviously we did). A super relaxing, fun thing to do for any bride-to-be.
