Bought a property from them that they had built. The whole land is subsiding away into the adjacent property. Contacted Mark on numerous occasions and had no response. His wife responded and basically said to claim off our own house insurance even though they had botched up a repair to stop the subsidence. The house is just over 2 years old. Now left my 82 year old mum trying to afford to correct it. STEER CLEAR AWAY. They won’t respond once they have your money.
