It's a large supermarket in the centre of the town, so it becomes a staple weekly shop for many of the residents of Boston. It has everything you would need in terms of food (which vary in price depending on the quality you want i.e. Smart Price and Extra Special) and nutritional intake such as WeightWatchers products. Also sells a wide variety of clothes, books, stationary etc. which are also relatively cheaper than other places in Boston. This supermarket is always prepared for seasonal events such as Christmas and Easter, and have a range of season-related items to choose from.The staff have good customer service skills and are quick to attend to a problem you have, and keep the store organised and clean.This store also has a Cafe and Pharmacy but I personally wouldn't recommend either, which is why I rated ASDA Boston 4 stars. I would highly recommend going to other Cafes in town and a different pharmacy as this one for me has always been slow with prescriptions.

Large Superstore in the centre of Boston.Big car park with no height barriers.Good range of products, with an amazing cake counter, which was difficult to resist, but the prices helped!There is also a fuel station.

In general a nice store helpful friendly staff but it's one star for me I'm afraid as far as I know because unlike other stores there's no free wifi at Asda stores ASDA please sort this out immediatelyMany thanks

Fantastic store for the residents of Boston and Surrounding Villages. We actual travel in from Spilsby (about 15 mile out).Staff friendly,, and very helpful.Great range if clothes, kitchen and homeware. Electrical, DVDs, games and consoles..lPizza counter and a deli counter. It's great value buying a pizza there to cook at home

This store is a sad reflection on what it used to be before it was taken over. Yes it is a good large shop with a great range of amenities within including an online click and collect unit, a pharmacy, a bureau de change, a postbox, a cafe and all relevant fresh counters but what it lacks is any form of value. Everything is 10, 20, 30p or more expensive than other supermarkets. It may not sound much but it certainly all adds up. Even the petrol at the onsite petrol station was around 7p per litre more expensive than the average around the area and they don't even have staff or a little shop to cover the cost of as all pumps are pay at pump only.A huge disappointment to me were the toilets. They were among the worst public toilets I have been to in a very long time. The toilet seats were broken, the cubicle locks were broken, they were filthy and even for someone like me who doesn't have a great sense of smell they stank.The one saving grace for this store was the staff. They were brilliant. Very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Although there didn't seem to be too many around the second I needed help there were there. If it wasn't for them the rating would certainly be lower.

Huge Asda store filled with everything from food, clothes to electrical items.They have a great bakery with fresh baked items.The street food section has a variety of Japanese , Thai and Korean foods.

Such a messy store. Stock just thrown anywhere, stuff all over the floor. There should be staff going round tidying up rather than chatting with each other down the Isles. Won't be coming back.

Online shopping keeps coming short-dated, we were not checking on delivery and had 9 fresh food items with 2-4 days use by dates.Consistently having it more regularly, refused an auto-refund, sent an email after calling which I sent the required info and pack images NO REPLY for 8 days. £16 worth of food to be eaten in 2-4 days. All our weekly fresh foodIf you advertise 10+ Days why send 4 days? Or 6+ days sent 3?Some pickers know how to pick, most are just picking my whole order from the front.Stopped buying some products because always short or out of date.Checked this week 4 mashed potatoes 2 days use, items supposed to be 10+ days much less.I wouldn't pick short-dated why are your pickers lumbering me with them?

Awful. I just wanted to speak to a human to ask about their Photo Booth. Automated service that get pushing back to their website. Don’t they think that would have been the first place I looked. Think about your customer experience!!!
