Stupendous job from start to finish. My conclusive experience with Kerry motors was reassuring throughout. From the first initial response time regarding my enquiry, to vehicle pricing. The overall experience was immaculately presented, competitively priced and promptly delivered. Would not hesitate to use Kerry motors in future.

As a local resident, I like to try and keep business local. Just bought our 3rd car from Kerry Motors. Always found Roy very friendly and helpful. Cars are well priced, good condition and any issues, he has resolved immediately.Highly recommended

I have waited 6+ months to write this review as I wanted to wait until after the completion of the legal action I was forced to take against Kerry Motors – which resulted in a County Court Judgement against Kerry Motors/Roy Franks.I bought a Saab 93 Estate (KU08EXX) in March 2021 from Roy at Kerry Motors. Within 3 weeks of owning the car, it had broken down on 3 separate occasions (each time going into Limp Home Mode, with an accompanying dramatic loss in power – once even happening on the A12 at 70mph).Kerry Motors took the car back to be fixed on 2 separate occasions, the second time I believed that an important sensor would be replaced – I subsequently found out that this not replaced at all (I checked with Kerry Motors preferred mechanics and was shown the sensor still in its packaging).After 3 weeks of owning the car (including 1.5 weeks of time being fixed) I asked to return the car, Roy was extremely difficult to get in contact with but when I did manage to see him (I waited at his office for 4 hours) – he flat out refused to take the car back/ refund me, he instead tried to convince me to let him have a 3rd go at fixing it, When I refused and then he became extremely rude and accused me of lying about the problem before throwing me out of his office.I was then forced to take legal action against Kerry Motors. Roy chose to ignore all the letters I sent him and the court summons/court paperwork. This led to the court automatically ruling in my favour and placing a CCJ against Roy Franks/Kerry Motors.Roy then chose to ignore the CCJ, and I was forced to escalate this into a High Court Writ. I was then able to instruct a firm of High Court Sheriffs (bailiffs) who were finally able to get my money back for the car. After a further month of waiting, Roy finally contacted me to arrange pick up of the car.I would not recommend buying a car from Kerry Motors at all.

I wanted to buy a car so I have been there three to four times but there is no any staff available to view a carJust have to see the car from outside

My experience of Kerry Motors and the lovely man - Roy, that looked after the sale from start to finish was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and although he had only recently got the car in, was prepared to get it ready for sale. He helped me as I needed the car quickly for my son's birthday and I had been let down on another purchase. He got things done speedily to fit with my timeline and guided and advised throughout the process. I can only think that the man who wrote a scaling review, must not have communicated with Roy correctly because at every stage he has helped me, even after the purchase.

Just picked up my car today, so friendly, solid bloke and a very nice dog! Highly recommended, was like talking to a mate! I will be going back (eventually) and I will be recommending to friends!

Broughy a vauxhall meriva from Roy for my dauhter, cost £3000. All seemed v.good untill a couple of weeks of collecting car. Then power steering fault flaged up, called Roy after trying several times, he agreed to take car back and fix. All he did appaently was reset computer codes. We had an indepemdant garage put it on diagnostics informing us what he had done. Its gone again and he says he'll take it back and have a look, probably to dp the same again which dosnt cure the problem. Have now realised that their was something amiss with the car when we brpugjt it. Rpy is very elusive and un co operative. My daughter has contacted trading standards and she is entitled to a full refund.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Amazing cars at affordable prices ! Roy is really friendly and has a lovely dog too…I’m very happy with the Proton Savvy I bought …thanks again
