I have always had a great service from GRBS on the past and would have given 5 stars but this week I had to call twice to find out when my goods were to be delivered. I was sent a text after the first call to say they would be with me 1230 /1pm. After another call they said by 3pm, and arrived 3pm. So unfortunately not such a good experience this time.
