I recently transferred to this practice having moved to Bentley. I have to admit I was a bit reticent because of the reviews and views from a few people I know who attend the practice. However I have been pleasantly surprised. I have never had any problem getting through to the practice and receiving a same day telephone consultation or face to face appointment if the GP felt it necessary, even if I have phoned after noon. All the staff are efficient, prefessional and very helpfull.I am also of the view that telephone consultations are a much more effective use of a GP's time. Their time is precious and there are fewer of them these days. Managing their consultation time in this way allows them to devote more time to patients who do need to be seen face to face. I recently had a telephone medication review with the Pharmacist , you don't need the GP to do this and the Pharmacist has a much more in depth knowledge of medications.I would just like to day a big thankyou to all the staff.

Inefficient; was in there today and had to go through an ordeal that should have been solved a month ago before I could get my medication. Could barely hear or understand what the receptionist said behind the glass because of the loud nurses going on like the place was a meeting hall. Not good.

I registered with this surgery because I recently moved to the area. Since then I communicated with 2 of their GPs and they both were not interested at all, dismissive and patronising, not interested in any way to help me as a patient or a human beeing. I had some other issues where my requests were completely dismissed by clinical manager. I could write the whole essay on the stress they put me under , but I will keep it short.It is a real shame as I never had a problem with any of their nurses or receptionists, which were helpful and polite and quite frankly the only redeeming feature of this clinic.

Appointment system meant we had to wait 45 minutes for a GP to call us to determine whether we warranted an appointment. Ludicrous if you're off work for the doctor with an aim to go in afterwards. Our 12.30 appointment was late, so after half an hour of waiting, we were seen. The GP ended up being quite patronising, and even asked us what level of prescription we would like for a chronic issue which baffles me.

Welcoming and well-organized flu/COVID vaccination walk-in clinic today. Impressive.

Early October had a check in my ears F2F (really eye to ear). Advised contact back when clear from wax, for a referral to audiology. Contacted the practice on line 20th October for an audiology referral. A few days later sent an audiology appointment, Heath road, 15 November. Great service by CCMP and Heath road audiology.

Rang to ask about a phone call back from doctor or nurse regarding hearing issues that has been going on for two weeks now and you only get one set of ears and was told I had no chance to speak to anyone for a few days due to and I qoute critical situation at the doctors" at this current time.I remember when this place had quality doctors and nurses. Only decent Nurse left at EB doctors is J Schofield!"

Great GPs, helpful and lovely receptionists who understand our complicated family history! Great with my children as well.
