Tasty Turkish food and Effes on draught. Enjoyable and entertaining evening. I would recommend that you book as it can get rather busy.Ilbays now also do a very tasty freshly prepared takeaway and Sunday Lunch.

Ordered a bottle of the Shiraz and it was quite possibly the worst red wine I've ever tasted. Was hoping the food could revive the night, however again this was rather disappointing as the lamb was tough and frankly tasted of pork, with the dish as a whole being rather bland. The restaurant itself was very basic and generally dull. Would definitely recommend finding a nicer experience for around £25 a head.

Very impressed with the food in this place. The lamb melts in the mouth, the wings aren't too dry, the chicken is tender and juicy and everything tasted fresh.Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Sunday lunch at Ilbays. 2 courses for £11.95 is great value.The hummus was so flavoursome and was great with Turkish bread and the tasty sucuk. The slow cooked lamb came out piping hot with tasty mash, Yorkie pud and veggies. The Beyti Sarma was beautiful and herby with a fresh addition of yoghurt.Would definitely visit again and would also consider getting food delivered.

- There’s a happy hour menu and lots of deals. Decent food, decent prices.- The balklava, hummus with cacuk and sea food guvec were great.- Service is amateur. They forgot our drinks.- 10% service is added to the bill and doesn’t go to staff.

Great food, plentiful as well. Staff were wonderful, and to cap it off a free slice of cake with candle and a liquor when they found out it was my birthday. Will defiantly be back.!

Me and my wife went last night staff are friendly and food was lovely only down side was portions were on small side excellent otherwise
