If you are looking to get a scrapbook professionally bound then you have to come here!I made a scrapbook about the time I volunteered at The Commonwealth Games. By the time I'd finished, it was over 200 pages of loose A4 printer paper with photographs and newspaper articles stuck on. Some of these articles fold out. There are also bulky items that can removed from the pages, such as I.D. badges and recipe cards that I'd collected during my shifts.My fiance wanted to get it bound as a present so he rang Leicester Bookbinding Company/Gartree Press and they were willing to take it on. He dropped my scrapbook pages off to them. They called him and emailed him regularly to keep him updated on the progress. Then we were told it was ready to collect!I was amazed at how attached it all together and made it look really impressive. They put spacers in the binding to level out where I'd stuck bulky items. They even had the forethought to put screws in so I can take it all apart to add more pages in at the back if I wish. The cover matches the exact colours of my volunteer uniform. How awesome is that?I'm glad I trusted Steve and the staff with looking after my treasured memories and turning them into something so wonderful. I could not believe how great the finished book looked when I collected it. My face was hurting by the time I left their office because I was smiling so much!

The folks at Gartree press carried out a book restoration for me, (it was falling apart at the binding) and it came back to me better than new. They had very sympathetically carried out the re-binding, the end papers were an exact match in colour and quality to the originals, and the quality of the binding was phenomenal. Given that they had to dismantle the book to carry out the work, and then reassemble it, the highest praise I can give is that you wouldn't have a clue that any work had been carried out. The book is as new, if not better. Thank you so very very much! Oh, and the price was very reasonable too!

Steve couldn’t have been more helpful when I called in to get some wedding stationery copied. He came up with a solution after a couple of other print shops had just completely refused to help. My order was ready in less than 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job Gartree Press have done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Needed my thesis bound with a quick turnaround and they did this really efficiently in a couple of days for a reasonable price. Really friendly and helpful too! Would recommend.
