First time at Studio 87 tonight and I absolutely loved it! I attended the west end workout class ran by Kade and had the best time. Kade is a great instructor and has so much positive energy, I felt comfortable from the get go! Great way to workout and have fun. Can't wait to go again :)

I really recommend the beginners' and improvers' yoga courses. Kade is really friendly and takes the time to explain each step. He offers multiple options so that everyone feels challenged in their own way - no one is left behind and no one is left feeling like it is too easy. Each week has a different focus and leaves you feeling like you have progressed.

It was my first session last night and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Great track to dance to. I understood the instruction but putting into practise was a little more difficult. Wish I was 20 years younger! A great workout just the same with a great instructor. Kade is an enthusiastic professional who puts everyone at ease regardless of ability. Thanks Kade. Can’t come every week but will definitely return soon.

Not been to yoga for 3 years but have fitted in well at this small class. Everyone is friendly and Kade is super helpful. All mats, bricks etc are supplied so you just need to bring yourself. Great to improve your overall fitness and flexibility.

I have attended about 12 yoga classes now and I have loved every single one of them.Kade is a wonderful teacher, his patient, supports and guides you thought the whole class.If you are not into going to a gym, you must try Studio 87 Pudsey.

Really enjoy going to Yoga for improvers class with Kade. I have been to a few yoga classes before but this has been by far my favourite as Kade is a great teacher and challenges us with new poses each week incorporating them into a flow at the end. Really enjoying seeing a progression in my practice and feel great afterwards. Would recommend if looking for a class in the area :)

Great local studio with a wide variety of classes to choose from. Good value and a great workout no matter which class you choose. West End Workout is such a unique class where you can have a lot of fun even if you have never danced before! Each week is a different theme and everyone enjoys themselves. The classes are all taught with such passion and enthusiasm I highly recommend Studio 87 for anyone wanting to get fit, learn to dance, try something new or just simply have fun!

Just finished the last class of my third course of Yoga with Kade at Studio 87 and look forward to booking on to the next course. The classes are very well taught. Kade is professional and always there for any help and support. I look forward to the classes each week. Highly recommended!

I've attended the West End Workout and Barre classes this week and both were brilliant. Kade is a great teacher and the classes are really fun and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend and I'll definitely be returning for more classes
