BOHNS Best Burgers
Can see why this place has won awards! Huge selection. Something for everyone. The kids meals are the perfect size. Staff were super friendly. Tables and seats were clean. Absolutely yummy food and would highly recommend anyone to try it.

BOHNS Best Burgers
Found this sunken gem of a burger joint in Hockley, Nottingham via the basement of the Brewdog venue. I put my trust in my server and let her choose what I would dine on and I was super impressed with the choice. The actual name of the burger escapes my memory but it was the burger topped with chorizo, served in a delicious brioche style bun (apparently locally sourced and made). As a side I had rosemary salt fries and washed it all down with a cola. All in £20.50, which I felt was pretty reasonable. Service was efficient and friendly, the music was at a reasonable level and the atmosphere was good. Although it was my first visit id recommend anyone who like food (particularly burgers) to go give them a try.

BOHNS Best Burgers
For my money it’s the best burger place in Nottingham. In a world of huge burgers these ones are simple, delicious and always hit the spot. I’ve liked pretty much everything they do and the cocktail menu is a bonus. Don’t sleep on the halloumi fries.

BOHNS Best Burgers
First time here and will definitely come back. We each had the Rump Rub (delicious!) and shared the Dirty Fries (awesome!) and homemade cole slaw (didn’t like this much). Service was excellent.

I'm not sure what the fuss is about to be frank. I've been to burger joints on 4 continents and this one didn't blow my skirt up, so to speak.It's a trendy basement restaurant, popular with students and millennials.The burgers are all smash burgers and dripping in sauces sonyou don't get to taste the beef. More importantly, they are nowhere near big enough to satisfy a hungry appetite. See the pics.Be warned, fries and sauces cost extra too.So you pay around £20 for a medium-sized burger with fries. No drink.The service was great, though.Edit: After seeing Bohns response, I'll say this: I raised the issue of portion sizes TWICE with FOH. Once before ordering, when I was asked if I was allergic to anything to which I replied, small portion sizes!" and she smiled.The second was at the end of the meal when asked

LOVE IT!Excellent food and service, great value too.I have had 2 unsuccessful trips to BOHNS, sadly on a couple of Sunday visits they've closed the kitchen just at I got there, I think they have a floating closing time depending on how busy it is, anyway it was worth the wait!Friendly staff quickly greeted us and showed us to a table. Great looking menu, everything available, picked the Rump Rub and dirty fries, both so good, epic proportions, the chorizo on the fries was pure genius.They recently won an award for best burger in the UK so really well done to them, the food was fantastic, look forward to going again.Highly recommended!
