Visited the shop at St James Qrtr in Edinburgh and was assisted by pretty much everyone in the shop who were all lovely.A special shout out to Eva though as she carefully shortened a strap for me. She made sure the strap wasn’t cut short and wasted which took her about 10 trips back and forth. What was most important that she did all that with a smile and was happy to assist.Always been pleased with the service here so keep up the good work, I’ll be back soon!

I would like to say thank you to Eva who sold me my first Tag Heuer watch. She was really friendly and patient by offering us drinks and understanding that I needed to leave to go the toilet! I also want to thank the staff for allowing my big white dog to lie on the floor and giving him a bowl of water whilst he waited to see if I'm approved credit.

We went on Saturday to the St. James Quarter store to look through the Tag Heuer range, Kaddy was incredibly welcoming and friendly as well as knowledgable about the product range. We went away to think about the purchase and compare where to buy from. Her customer service had made the experience feel such a special occasion that we returned to the store on Sunday to purchase the watch through her. 5-star service & review.

Zero Stars!!!Il start with saying the in store staff always did the best they could so the blame is not directed to them.I’ve never been so disappointed and or infuriated by a company in my life. No morals no respect for the working class people who save for years to be able to afford diamonds.In short we purchased 4 rings, two wedding bands two white gold diamond engagement rings in July 2022 and let’s just say after 2 weeks one of the engagement rings broke. A repair was rushed as we were due to get married in 3 weeks. Got the obviously faulty ring back after it’s repair and had approx 8 days to our wedding and it broke again with 48 hrs so as you would guess we were freaking out. A second repair was put as top priority and the ring was transported by currier to speed the process. On this occasion we said this ring is faulty we want a new one the staff persuaded us to take the repaired ring a second time so as to have it on the wedding day but we could sort a replacement after the wedding. Wedding passed we had received no follow up or contact so we decided to leave it for a few weeks this turned into a few months as we were both just so busy. We Get to the new year and a diamond now falls out of the ring. We go straight back the team where full of apologies as usual and said they would send it away to quality control again ( we allowed this for legal reasons although we want a replacement at this point ) what was supposed to be a 2 week turn around with quality control which turned into 8 weeks!!!!! After the 8 weeks we recieve a very casual voicemail telling us the ring isnt faulty it was obviously accidental damage !!! And wanted us to pay over £500 for a repair of course i went back in, the team jumped to help immediately. We where told to leave it with them and they would get to the bottom of it. Another 2 weeks passed and we get another vm saying best we can do is a reduction on the repair price … this is a ring that had snapped twice within 4 weeks of purchase and this quality control had the audacity to put this down to accidental damage !!!! We have reached the end of our patience we are heart broken as these rings should last a lifetime we saved for so long to purchase good quality rings from a reputable company and we have been brushed off again and again, dare I say 9 months into the purchase and my husbands wedding band cracked we dropped it into the branch and had it repaired over the course of 4/5 weeks. Goldsmiths you need to rectify this with a brand new ring or reimbursement for all the stress and drama over the course of a year we will never recommend this company to anyone unless they rectify their mess ups.

I was replacing a lost watch and Brodie was fantastic! Even though I needed extra links and Chanel were not the easiest to deal with or the most communicative Brodie persisted to get a result. I really appreciated the patience and service.
