A Classic FrenchI’ve been going to Jenny’s for over a year now and I refuse to visit other establishments. The staff at Jenny’s have always been so welcoming, they always ask if you like the work they do, but to be honest I trust their opinion and I’m never disappointed.The lovely Emma did my nails today, I have transitioned from acrylics to sns and I love the natural look and the reinforcement it gives my real nails.I would like to add that as a black woman I have never felt that I have been treated differently than other clients.Keep doing what you’re doing, the reason people keep coming back is because you are amazing !!

Booked three months in advance for myself and Foster daughter to have manicure and pedicure for our holiday. Had our nails done. Mine were not even but as always they were rushed. She said take a seat for pedicure and would be 10 minutes. My FD had hers started and 45 minutes later, after continually asking how long and being ignored I left. I said I wouldn't come back even though I have been going for years. She didn't care. Disgusting response. If you book, don't expect this to be honoured. Its all about the money and they take walk in appointments even though they are fully booked. Very disappointed as wanted this done together for our holiday.

Have been here on several occasions now to get my toenails varnished. From my experience it's best to book rather than walk in as you get seen to on time. Very reasonable and the staff are friendly and really efficient

My girlfriend has just been for a pedicure with Jenny Nails & Beauty and was treated very poorly. She was left waiting 45minutes for her treatment whilst others were seen to first that arrived after her. She was then treated with very little to no respect which I believe to be a racial issue (please read further for why). No access to toilet facilities when it was obvious other customers were aloud to use these facilities.And payment problems that were magically solved as soon as it was known by their staff that I, as the boyfriend, was coming down to get the payment issues sorted. The card machine happened to start working when I was on my way to the establishment. My girlfriend is of indian heritage and also witnessed a second Indian women being denied of a treatment whilst many other white women were then later accepted minutes later after this happened, for a walk in treatment. As a white British male, I personally see this as a hurtful and racial attack on my girlfriend and the second women denied of a service. Very disappointed and appalled by the quality of staff, service and the treatment given.

I came to Jenny’s nails for the first time a few weeks ago now and I left with stunning nails! This photo is at 3 weeks old still going strong. The lady doing them was great and made sure I was happy with everything. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Jennys now for well over three years and everyone who work there are amazing. They are friendly and will accommodate anything you would like on nails, and they are always done beautifully, never had an issue with them. Would highly recommended
