Logs arrived today - exactly according to planned delivery time.Excellent wood - pallet of 72 nets of oak and ash - dry and burns well. Very helpful delivery man who offloaded nets from pallet to front door. All now safely stacked in shed as winter fuel supply.Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Absolute joke, i will never use this business again for as long as i live. Neither will anyone i know i'll make sure of it! Ordered a load of wood and coal in september. Booked delivery slot for the following friday and also booked the night off work for it coming. The day before delivery i get an email saying 'we cant deliver, can we rebook for next week?'. Not apology at all. Told me they would deliver tuesday.... now both me and the mrs work nightshift... we sat up all day tuesday and all day wednesday waiting for our delivery! Nothing, not a peep of anybody. Once i emailed again this runt at customer service all i got was a reply saying ' ive booked you in for next tuesday '. STILL NO APOLOGY! The cheeky **** either forgot to rebook us the first time round or just didnt bother to let us know that our delivery was changing!! After requesting a manager guess what- no reply. Worse customer service i have ever dealt with. Would love to meet you in a dark alleyway. Teach you a bit of respect!So, today comes.... get my delivery (18 jeffing days after ordering it!)Guess what?!Got woodNo bloody coal !That one star is for the driver, who put the pallet where i wanted and in quite an awkward place might i add. Goes to show the people actually doing the graft and not sitting at a desk have the respect and decency for people!They WILL balls up your orderYou WONT get an apology or any compensationThe customer service AREN'T on your teamDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!So annoyed i might just drive halfway accross the country to bristol just to punch someones head in.

I ordered a large load of premium firewood for delivery.Booked one of the last days off I had available.Then the evening before, after my work ended and less than 24 hours, they say they cannot do the delivery.Make of this what you will.

I won a prize of a whole crate of firewood in a magazine competition from the Firewood Centre.I was treated in the most friendly way and accommodated in my needs for delivery so well. A neighbour was so admiring of the quality of the wood they wanted to buy some off of us. There’s a great satisfaction of having a whole crate of wood ready to use, especially with this change in the weather. Thank you for this wonderful prize.

Purchased a bit of fire wood in September for delivery in October. Took a day off just to clear the wood. No one turned up and after ringing the office I was told that the delivery is not going to happen on the day and that they couldn't tell when it will arrive. Disgusting and unreliable people!

Great quality of wood, burns so clean and hot the silica windows of our burner were much cleaner after the first burn!Makes it a great deal for this quality.I saw the poor reviews due to some folks having delivery problems, but what big companies haven't had problems with deliveries or staff in the last 3 years??!I had no problem with delivery, or service.Would definitely recommend!

Delivering their wood on the Palletline they send it out stacked 6 foot high on broken flimsy pallets which weigh close to a ton. No consideration for the drivers that have to go out and deliver these things.
