Truck has been in for tacho calibration and come out 2 miles an hour slower, even though it was set at a legal limit. Not impressed!

In general, helpful and good, but fitters never put paper Matt's on the floor of your cab or cover steering wheel with film, so when you get back in your cab after service etc, you have to clean the grease off the steering wheel and floor of your cab, and also entry steps to your cab are thick in dirt and grease that you end having to try and clean off, just so you don't end up spreading around your cab, which is very bad side of going there!

Honest David's reviewsPaid a visit to here today with an autistic lad I support. The member of staff was excellent and very friendly. Spoke with respect and understanding of the lads condition. Even gave him a goodie bag to take away.I didn't go in myself but from what I saw it all looked very professional and friendly.A good 5***** from me on this visit. Many thanks

With an aftersales department like this place has if I was the owner I’d be ashamed.Yes they offer late night servicing but if you have a problem with the truck they just ignore that with no communication even to rebook truck in to get it looked at

Sort of place where they stare at you, then just as you open your mouth they walk off with their ears closed. Think of builders merchants customer service, you know when you finally get someone’s attention then they say sorry that not my department. Anyway this place is awful.
