Wouldn’t serve me a inhaler after being told I’m prescribed them and they was lost. Which resulted in me having a asthma attack after leaving the store. Rude staff very rude man behind the till with glasses. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting service and place is a dump

The team are amazing, they always help to advise wherever they can. We had to ask for their help yet again late last night, they advised and our little one is now much better today… thank you greenhead pharmacy, you are amazing

Extremely poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customers, too busy chatting amongst themselves. Then when you are finally seen -prescription taken out of hand and walked off. No update, how long? Then carry on chatting amongst themselves.

Good pharmacy with extended opening hours. Good stock levels usually and fairly quick service. No longer open till midnight. There is no parking and the parking in front of the pharmacy is restricted to the cafe next-door.

Opening hours aren’t helpful with lunch time closure and carpark is for cafe next door and double yellow lines outside. Pharmacist said can use it but there are clamping warnings. Just not a convenient pharmacy.

Staff are rude and obnoxious.Spoke to them a number of times on phone and they just lie and don't pass messages along.They have withheld my medication for a week just for me to chase it up and being told they were out of stock for 1 item out of 10 items. Asked why I was not told and reply was its your prescription
