First time going here and so so happy! I called at 4:30pm and got an appointment for 6pm the same day! They removed my acrylics (done by a different place) and it was completely painless and very speedy. She then did the shape and gel colour quickly and with so much care. And it only cost £27 in total (which is much cheaper than other places in St Alban's)! ALSO when I turned up I had a cut in the side of my hand that was bleeding and they brought their first aid kit out and gave me a plaster. Super impressed all around. Will definitely be back.

This particular visit I am very unhappy since I had to wait for an hour though had an appointment for 12:15. Before that I’ve visited a few times a quality was good and this is the first time the wait is that bad!

Got gel nails and they’re the best I’ve ever had! Shaped perfectly and completely flawless. Couldn’t recommend more

I visited today for the first time and I am so glad I did, best nail shop I have ever been to and I am very particular about my nails. The receptionist is an asset to the shop, thank you. The staff are friendly and professional and they also take their time, no rushing like other shops I have been to. They were great with my girls. Please do not listen to the negative reviews. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Really great service - walked in without an appointment to get my acrylics removed and was seen to immediately despite it being busy. Fast, efficient and friendly. Will return in future!!

Went in excited to be greatly disappointedTook my daughter here today to get black tipped manicure with a heart on the ring finger,They were rude to here and didn’t do as she asked for!!!!!Even though my daughter clearly showed the lady the picture and she agreed that she could do this!!!!Also the overall finish was clearly rushed and looks exactly thatRushed,,,I have NEVER KNOWN A NAIL TECH DO A FULL SET OF ACRYLICS IN 30 MINUTES!!!!!!!I do not recommend this companyAnd certainly won’t be taking my daughter back,,,,

Very helpful and go above and beyond. Friendly staff that will remove mask when talking to me as I lip read. Love my nails es8 when they to do 2 ruby fingers an art design which is amazing.
