I have booked laser hair removal with this clinic. Today I had the 3rd session and I cannot fault the clinic or the customer service in any way. Well, I always walked in, never called them but could get an appointment every time. The staff who assisted me today were very friendly. I can't wait to finish my treatment, I can already see good results.

I bought a coupon for Full-Body Oil and Indian Head Massage For Two People. Despite paying for the coupon it fells like I have to beg to get a appointment.For the first time they cancelled a appointment 30min before the appointment.The next appointment was given for 2 months later. I called them to check two days before the appointment and they said there was no appointment in my name.The next thing they suggested I skip office to make it for their special massage.I was also informed a while ago the coupon I had paid for was extend by a month but later on they flatly denied it despite me have a email conformation of the same.I would only recommend dealing with them if you fancy being cheated. I have always had a good experience in this clinic. I had my treatment done today and the procedure was excellent from beginning to end. Nisha made me feel very relaxed and she was very good at what she did. I will recommend everyone to use the laser treatment because it is 100% effective. So pleased with my previous results and that is why, i am back again.

Never buy an online voucher as location is always central London and when ringing to book an appointment the central London location is ALWAYS going through refurbishment so your appointments are always at East London, talk about inconvenience!!2. I made the mistake of purchasing an online voucher which they did not accept and made me pay again at the clinic as they avoid the fees from the voucher company and promise you a refund....Lie!!3. The owner/manager is a mystery lady Isma who is ALWAYS on holiday.... I've been chasing to contact her for 3 months and I'm still waiting for her 'holiday' to end4. Receptionist must go through the same training....How to not be honest to your customers, how to hang up on your customers (yes they put the phone down on me and then refused to answer!!!) and how to not respond to emails.5. Customer service and after care is awful, the people who work here are mainly unprofessional and rude. The company is very good at taking money but when requiring a refund or after customer service care... it's not in their manual books!!An unprofessional clinic, avoid it at all costs... I've lost money using it... Take your pennies elsewhere :)

They are rude and very unprofessional. No customer service by any means.Very bad experience. Should read the review before I bought voucher for laser hair removal! No way to get through their phone to get an appointment, even you get one they would cancel it few times and rebook you for later dates which means a big gap between your treatment. Make sure if they offer you any complimentary session for any inconvenient they may cause, they put it on your file otherwise they will deny it and call you a lair. They are never on time but if you are late, they would not accept you and that means you lost your money and your treatment.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Afraid I had the similar experience to others I've read through here. I've struggled to get appointments booked in. I bought a groupon for laser treatment. Firstly I tried to use the salon near Kings Cross, with limited success. I was advised to try the Canary Wharf salon as it was new and had more availability. Unfortunately that simply wasn't true. The business model seems to be to oversell their services through discount sites on the basis that a number of people will fail to get any availability in the time period allotted. If something looks too good to be true it usually is!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Everything all the other reviews have said are absolutely right. It is impossible to get an appointment at this clinic as they are always booked up 6 weeks in advance, the service is awful and when you get an appointment the time spent on the treatment seems to be getting less and less. My first appointment was 30 minutes, and the last one I had only 10 minutes! I am not going to complete my course of 6 treatments, and just write off the money so that I don't have to deal with them anymore.Please avoid.

I have actually had good results to my laser treatments, but I couldn't agree more with all the reviews on here about the salon's lack of professionalism. They do cheat and lie, I saw this first hand many times. Telling clients the machine is broken so have to cancel their appointment, while I'm having my treatment with the machine working just fine! This happened numerous times. The owner is almost always in reception yet lies and tells people on the phone that she is away. They hardly ever answer the phone, never check their emails, and then lie that they received no messages. They will not refund you for things that are their fault, will always ask you for cash, and they lose files all the time. They don't seem to know about discretion either, ask personal questions in reception while other clients are there, and one receptionist would always make a face and giggle when told what body part you want lasered! Unacceptable behaviour. Oh and Becks is not a new staff member (as someone wrote below). She has been there for many years, on and off. She just takes long periods of 'leave' regularly. But I agree, she is very good.

Lovely ladies so I do feel bad writing this review. However, I have been severely burnt from my last laser session. I went home in excruciating pain, so intense that I had to take painkillers which I’ve never had to do before. I had red marks all over my body and could barely sleep and shower properly for 3 days. I called many times and left 2 voicemails and they haven’t got back to me. I’ve attached pictures of my burns (bear in mind this is consistent all over my entire body), some even formed into blisters. I can’t express how hurt I am to see these marks on my whole body and the emotional damage this has caused me.

Please DO NOT waste your time and money at this place! It is one of the worst laser hair clinics I have been to. First of all, it is almost impossible to get appointments. You will end up waiting sometimes 3 months between your treatments before you get one. And most of these appointments will be weekdays, hardly ever at weekends. The staff are very unprofessional and rude, proper ghetto! I got the laser treatments through wowcher. When you come for your appointments the staff just rush quickly, they don't even ask you basic questions to see if you are still suitable for treatments (e.g. recent sun exposure or new meds). They rush so that they can sit down and gossip.I still have a few treatments left, but I have decided not go to there anymore. The results are poor, the hair reduction achieved is minimal. One time I wasted my time going to an appointment only to be told that they do not have a record of my appointment. Luckily for me, I had the appointment card with me and showed them. They treated me like a liar and didn't believe me until I showed them the card. If I had thrown the card away, they would have just asked me to leave and not bother. I have now booked laser treatments at a different clinic which is much more expensive but I don't mind. Please do not waste your time going there, I would never recommend this clinic even to my worst enemy.
