Park Vision provide an excellent service throughout their team . Michelle’s assessment and advice was first class without being at all stressful. I felt completely at ease and my new glasses are perfect! Anita in reception and Camilla were so helpful and kind too. Thank you all very much.

Michelle was recommended to us seven years ago when our dyslexic son was struggling at school. His initial assessment showed that he has double vision, which had not been picked up by the opticians he had seen before. Once he got the glasses he needed he was very successful and he has just completed a university degree. As a result my husband and I also see Michelle. She monitors my eye health closely as I have Type 1 diabetes. I completed 3 sessions of Intense Pulsed Light treatment for my chronic 'dry eye' in March 2021. I then followed the advice that Michelle gave me about eye care and, as a result, my eyes are now no longer weepy or sore and my vision has improved. I always enjoy my appointments with Michelle and I highly recommend this practice.

I went into Park Vision not knowing what to expect as I suffer from colour deficiency and have thought for a while to try the Enchroma brand products, never actually committing to the online purchase as without trying them first I never imagined they would have helped. I can't believe how wrong I was.From the first moment I walked in to the store I was blown away by the professional and welcoming atmosphere from both the staff and the design of the practise itself. I really was intimidated by the idea at first as I've never bought glasses before but from the first moments my mind was put to ease.I was then helped by James and he was simply brilliant. His patience and care in walking me through the colour blind testing was remarkable. It turns out doing them on your own is not the way to go! I would always get different results at home but doing it with James he was able to guide me on how to do it the correct way, and with his knowledge on the subject led me to an accurate diagnosis of moderate protanopia. I would recommend it a thousand times over to do this test with a professional like James who will take the necessary time to work with you in diagnosing you correctly.Then it was on to the glasses themselves. I couldn't believe the difference once they were on. All my life my eyes have been lying to me and my mind was blown to the point where it was too much to actually take in all at once. The colours of the room and skin tones my goodness I never thought I was missing out on so much!I can't wait to be back to pick up my glasses and thank the team once again for their brilliant service in helping my see the world properly for the first time in my life.

I visited Park Vision yesterday for an eye test, having previously used high street opticians. It was a completely different experience in a very positive way. Michelle is a highly skilled and qualified optometrist using state of the art equipment and carries out an in depth and thorough examination. I was also impressed by her professional and friendly manner. The next stage of choosing my reading glasses with the expert help of Camilla was a very enjoyable experience. Camilla has an excellent understanding of style and took the time to show me a wide range of glasses that suited the shape of my face and I am thrilled to bits with my final choice. I cannot recommend Park Vision highly enough !

The care, attention and thoroughness of the eye examination at Park Vision is second to none. Michelle explains all that she is doing in a professional manner that is reassuring and comforting. I feel like my eyes are in the best care.The glasses showroom is extensively stocked with the best in designer frames and again Michelle knows what's best to suit the shape of your face. so matching you with your best suited glasses.With parking outside the practice, my visits are a very enjoyable affair. It really is a painless experience having my eyes looked after in every aspect.

You know the saying you should have gone to Specsavers"? Well I have to disagree! Since being introduced to Michelle at Park Vision some 4 years or more ago I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Not only is the service amazing but every frame I've chosen has looked like no other and exuded quality and class. Ok so it may be more expensive but price per wear...Mum has been suffering with her eyes for years. Glaucoma runs in the family and mum has regular check ups and she's also had cataracts in both eyes and had them operated on along with laser treatment for pressur
