Enquired after a clean a few months ago, decided not to use the service. A few weeks later I got an email invoice for an address I have never lived at. I politely explained that the email had gone to the wrong person. Several weeks later, same email. And again and again...several times this happened before someone named Chloe apologised and said she'd take my name off the system. Nevertheless, once again a few weeks later I get yet another email demanding payment. The response to my email was ridiculously unprofessional and rude.Quite sad given that I'd recommended them to a few people for their end of tenancy cleans because initially they were very helpful when enquiring. Won't be recommending again.

Edit following owner response. I sent my concerns within the 24 hour window and sent evidence photos as soon as requested. Invoice was not sent for another 2-3 weeks after I followed up for a response to my complaint/evidence previously provided and asked if because I hadn't heard anything that meant I was not being charged! Only then did the invoices started being sent. Please note I have paid this invoice as it wasn't worth the stress. I am simply a customer who didn't receive the service quoted for but still expected to pay full amount and accept poor customer service.Chloe was initially great. Came out promptly to quote for a deep clean. Advised price for a three hour deep clean. Cleaners were late which I can forgive but when they had finished and asked me to check I had to ask them to do elements they had not done (cobwebs, inside cabinets etc) they then left. After I checked again and there was more they hadn't done. I notified Chloe within the time frame specified on the website. She asked for evidence so I sent her photos. I then didn't get a response for two weeks until I followed up to which the response was that I didn't notify her in time and that the cleaners confirmed I was happy before they left neither of which are true, but when I pointed out facts my emails were ignored. I have since been badgered to pay the invoice via an automated system, my complaint has not been handled well at all, customer service is awful.

We have been looking for a housekeeper for a long time and have used numerous individuals as well as numerous companies, we contacted Elite who from the get go were extremely attentive and welcoming.They have been excellent in all aspects of their role, I can highly recommend them.Their company name is perfectly suited for the services they offer.

We've had domestic cleans from Elite Cleaning Services since January 2020 and the whole team is fantastic. They do a great job and they're flexible and accommodating, while providing an excellent service.

Really friendly, very responsive to messaging, and most importantly did a great job! The shower door, which I have tried for ages to get clean myself, is finally free of hard water (cue angelic chorus). Would definitely recommend.

Did a great end of tenancy clean for us with carpet cleaning. Both Chloe and the cleaners on the day were very friendly and professional. Resulted in full return of deposit. Fully recommend!

We were very pleased with the cleaning service provided by Elite Cleaning services in our house. The cleaning was very thorough and done to a high standard. All cleaners that came were really good with our 2 dogs which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend.
