Staff didn't seem interested, Neither discussed what I was looking for, nor showed me around.Edit: Thanks for the phone number, and whilst I appreciate it may not be how you normally deal with customers, it was how it went on my visit, and you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Nobody knows whether that one customer can put a lot of business the way of the company, which is why excellent customer service is vital

As usual Rob was very helpful and helped us to choose a great car and guided me through all the paperwork. He also took me out to get me used to driving it. Top marks to him and all the team.

Absolutely 5 star service off this wondeful garage. From the minute we arrived to the minute we then collected the car the staff and service was phenomenal. After my Father died my Mother accidentally put the wrong fuel in her car and she broke down. She hadn't realised her mistake and thought it was a fault with the vehicle which was under warranty with RRG and so the vehicle was recovered to RRG. In addition to sorting out the fuel issue, they tried to add a load of additional jobs to the list - I said to them to just sort the fuel out and get the vehicle roadworthy. I have since taken the car to a trusted garage who advised that none of the additional jobs they tried to add on were necessary. RRG tried to add on an additional and wholly unnecessary list of jobs amounting to an additional cost of over £1000 in addition to the £530 for sorting the fuel contamination. Prior to giving me this quote they had been made aware of the situation and the fact that my Mother was grieving at the time. Needless to say I will never use them again.

We came in August to make an inquiry and it was nearly closing time,Ross approached us and asked what we are looking for and he was very accommodating.despite it was closing time,Ross let me do a test drive of the Toyota Yaris hybrid.i made my application and order.Ross was honest of letting me know as to how long I have to wait for the car to be available and ready for pick up I always receive updates from Toyota.When the car arrive Ross rang me and inform me regarding the delivery.from the start of the inquiry up to the collection Ross was always keeping in touch and making sure everything is okay and I am satisfied with the service.Ross is a top guy who you want to see in Toyota Bolton.he will get out of his way to make you choose the right car for you and your family.He is an asset to the team.thank you for the experience buying my car in Toyota Ross.

Visited RRG to enquire about exchanging my car. Jonny dealt with my enquiries and we arranged a further appointment to carry out a test drive. Jonny took the time to talk me through spec of each car and answered any questions. Received a fair offer for my old car and arranged a further appointment to carry out handover along with Craig. Received fantastic customer service from mainly Craig, but also the wider team. The communication between us was timely and very clear.
