Absolutely shocking solicitors firm .Steer clear of at all costs. My original conveyancing solicitor was replaced by a locum solicitor, Who has been terrible. Nobody at the firm had the decency or professionalisation to Inform me of the change .E mails ignored. Call back requests Ignored .Requests for point of contact re formal complaint ignored ....Utterly shocking in my opinion and again in my opinion steer very well clear

Absolutely useless.. Don't chase up issues just send emails.. Just forwarded emails back & forth between clients.. Don't make phone calls when asked..had to call them everytime I emailed them back to make sure they could work through it... Don't use these at all..

Terrible service. My solicitor was greedy and it seemed like he was more interested in maximising the bill. Costs doubled… with zero progress made. Pointless letters chasing the other party, for what I’m not sure… to sign to agree that they will sign a financial order… sent during a postal strike, which isn’t their responsibility. I lodged a complaint and the response was entirely expected… I was wrong, the case was conducted flawlessly and it’s fine for the bill to double, where zero progress is made and for me to conclude the matter with little or no meaningful guidance. I would avoid these at all costs, unless you have money to burn! Greedy!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Originally signed up with FDR in June who were then a few weeks later taken over by Taylor Rose. They were to do the conveyancing on my sale and purchase which was relatively straightforward with only 3 in the chain. My first solicitor did nothing for 8 weeks on my purchase, then I was appointed a different solicitor, great I thought but no. I have moved out of my property now, I was given bad advice re the empty property I am buying which has basically left me homeless and costing me hundreds of pounds where as I could have moved in by now. Also the day I moved out of my property on completion I received an email from a 3rd 'senior solicitor' asking for information ( which they had had months previous) as my sale file had been handed to her and before she could proceed needed the information. I emailed back to say I have completed and moved out. Guess what I didn't get and explanation or apology. I am stuck with them until my purchase is complete but I would advise anyone to stay well clear as I don't think they have a clue what is going on. I have moved 3 times in 5 years and this has been the worst experience I have ever had.

I am an executor in a friends will that was dealt with by FDR Law from 2018. One of the 2 main beneficiaries rang me to ask what was happening with the estate as she’d not heard since Nov 2021. So far I’ve phoned 4 times and asked to be called back. Not heard a word back from them. Obviously it’s in the hands of Taylor Rose now.I’m not happy as it looks like I’m not doing anything about the beneficiaries’ request. What happened to customer service ????

The service I have received from FDR is woefully inadequate I have called sent emails and haven’t had any response. All I’m trying to do is to sell a house what I’m asking a simple conveyancing but no one seems interested at all the only reason i’m trying to contact FDR is there I’ve been sorting out my mum and dad’s estate even that has been protracted and very difficult and at the end of all this we have been charged thousands of pounds

Will never use another solicitors. Fab service.. Donna is lovely and helpful and so easy to speak to

I cannot fault the service given by Mr White at the firm. Throughout a very long winded case he remained patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot recommend him highly enough

All he was interested in, was adding extras.A total rip off. I'll take my business elsewhere.
