We've just had the Thermal package from EcoLoft installed in our loft and I've very impressed with the company from the initial conversation with James and providing a quotation to Adam and Lee coming out to undertake the job. The whole project has been completed well and looks good, bright and airy.The Thermal package includes insulation of the loft roof, and once completed you can already feel the temperature improvement in the loft, making it much nicer and looking forward to it not overheating in the summer.Adam and Lee were pleasant and friendly, they also tidied up fully at the end of the day so it was like they were never there - apparently unlike me when I do work .....As part of the work we also had our loft hatch moved to a more suitable place, their plastering over the old hole is excellent so once I've painted it, it will be like it was never there. The new hatch and ladder is so much nicer and well built than the typical new build plastic loft hatch which we had previously, the ladder is sturdy and folds away nicely as well.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EcoLoft, a 5 star installation from an easy to deal with company.

I was really impressed with the work. It was carried out really well, efficiently and to a high standard. At each point where there was a choice to make I was asked for my preference, and I was given clear choices about options and costs involved. The two guys that came to install couldn’t have been more helpful…they were very responsive to my needs and also very considerate of the rest of the house during the install. We are so pleased with the finished result. The two Adys worked non stop and were professional and courteous throughout. The whole process took two weeks from online quote, onsite inspection to completion of work. The actual job cost a little more than the online quote but this was due to additional non-standard work which was required and which the calculator couldn't anticipate.We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have recommended to many acquaintances.

Just had my loft space done by eco-loft over the 4 days and I got the deluxe storage package. Adam and lee who done my loft were lovely and did excellent job and deserve a bonus in their wage packet as the loft is so good!!

I often watch their videos online with Build it with Rob. I did the online form for contact had a few minor issues but did get through eventually and had a phone call from Vanessa whom was really nice and really on the money when it comes to customer service. I was visited by Steve the company director and he listen to what my wife and I wanted and advised us on what he thought would be the best idea for our space. Steve got on to the office and got us a quote really quickly I was suprised by how quick it came through, the price was good and the wife and I decided to take the plunge and go ahead with the delux package, we are booked in on the 17th May 2021 for 5 days. Im really happy with how much contact I have had with the team via mobile numbers and how open they have been. Im really excited about getting the loft done now and seeing the finished product. Thank you Steve and Vanessa.So this is a follow up review, I have had eco loft around to complete a delux storage room conversion, my contractors were Adrian and Ady who both had an extremely high work ethic, they arrived at 8am every morning and often would still be working at 6 to 7pm at night. They were both very respectful to my property covering every possible surface to prevent damage. Adrian kept me updated on every aspect on the conversion and couldnt be more helpful, Adrian and Ady were wonderful.I was extremely lucky to actually have the work started prior to the actual start date also.My plastering team was run by a youngman called Marcus, the guys were polite enough, the overall finsih in the loft space was great however they didnt take the same care as Adrian and Ady did in my house.I did have some problems with the finsih in the bedroom where the wall had been opened to run cables for electric, sadly it was not upto the same standard as the loft room so Remi the plasters boss had to comeout to address the issues a few days later.I am really happy that any probelms raised were quickly addressed by the team at Eco Loft.Overall im very pleased with the job done, there are a few little niggling bits which do bug me, for example one of the cupboard frames is flush at the top where it meets the plastboard but down by the skirting board in has a 1/2 to 1 cm gap, it doesnt take away from the workmen ship of the cupboard itself its just a shame it was missed and I have also noticed a couple of the cupboard doors are slightly out of allignment which often means that don't close all the way on the soft close hinges so im forever getting into the eves to get the cat out, these however are minor things which I suppose come from having bespoke fitted cupboards.I think its really good value for what space you get out of it, I am aware that I cant use it as a bedroom or some other habitable room, but for me it works.Overall I would recommend this company if your looking for loft work to be carried out as they will do a good job.I have attaced a few pictures of the loft and what a delux package looks like.Final words Steve and crew thank you very much for all your hard work, we are very grateful for all that you have done.Thank you Tristan and Victoria

Adz did the initial site survey after I had multiple calls with Michelle who was very knowledgeable. Adz immediately gave me confidence that the 'Ecoloft deluxe package' was the right solution for me and that he would do the install and all would be completed in 5 days.After speaking to various other smart storage and loft conversion companies I went forward with EcoLoft and within 3 weeks Adz and Lee were on site to commence the work, they were a delight to have on site, did their best to maintain a clean build and completed all works as they promised to a high standard. They were also polite and professional at all times and went beyond the call duty. Highly recommend the company and Adz and Lee as individuals.

Just had the Deluxe package installed and it looks great! Adam and Lee were fantastic, professional, hardworking, communicated at each stage of the conversion, very satisfied with the quality of workmanship!

Ecoloft were great. Adam, Danny R and Chris completed an astonishing amount of work in 5 days, completely transforming my roofspace into something eminently useable that I am very happy with. Thanks also to Patrick for his professionalism and support throughout, and Josh and Remi for their curvy plastering! All involved were personable, reliable, professional, hardworking and clean. Nothing was too much trouble, and I'm amazed at what they've achieved with it all. If I could make this review literally glow, I certainly would. Thank you all, again.
