1st visit experience.Extremely impressed with reception staff (both telephone manner & in person).Vet was enamored with my 2 kittens, gave them a thorough check over prior to them being neutered.

Amazing and professional. From the minute you walk in at reception to when you leave. The vets do not talk you into spending money when not needed.

I like the fact that this is one of the few remaining independent practices. My lovely border collie x became unwell recently and the vets treated her with sensitivity and kept me in the loop at all times. They spent time investigating and doing all they could to try and help her and were genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. They telephoned me out of hours to update me on test results. Unfortunately it turned out that she had liver cancer and nothing could be done. They enabled her to have as comfortable remaining time as possible and when the time came to make the decision to put her to sleep they went out of their way to accommodate our request to let this happen peacefully in her own home and were very respectful of us saying our goodbyes to our beloved dog. I received a card of condolence from the practice and the receptionists were very compassionate when I collected her ashes and when I had to ring the practice afterwards for some information.I have just registered our new puppy with them because I know I can trust them to do their absolute best for her if she needs them in the future.

Very helpful and looked after a neighbours dog that had escaped until I could pick it up.

The building is a bit shabby around the edges, but never judge a book by it's cover has rarely been more appropriate.I have never trusted a vet more, both in the care they provide for my pets and most refreshingly in the prices.Everyone I have dealt with there has been warm and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

The vets my cats have seen here, Rosie and Noemie, have both been very caring, knowledgeable and friendly and I could tell are confident experts - making both me and my kittens feel at ease during health checks and vaccinations. My cat who was spayed here a couple of years ago was running around as soon as he came home! I just wish they had a hospital facility for out of hours patients at this practice also x

Killed one of my house rabbits and then charged £50 for her ashes ! poor service they then gave us our dead rabbit back in a towel !! Could have atleast put her in a box
