Always a fast and professional approach from Michael. Polite and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. Phoned Michael at 7pm on a Friday night as there was a strong smell of oil in the house. He was very calm and professional. He came round within the hour, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. Very responsive. Very professional. Clearly knows what he's talking about. No hesitation in recommending him to others.
