Staff behaviour is uninviting at best and discriminatory at worst.

Richhill Library
It’s a small library, no self service machines for book borrow or return, only open certain days and to be honest, it would be a good one to target for closure. The staff have a bad attitude, insisting on masks being worn despite this not being a legal requirement and selection of books isn’t great either
