Reliable, reasonably priced and so responsive - the staff in BRS's office are very professional, nothing is too much trouble and Kiwi Design are very happy to recommend this company to anyone needing their help. We are going through a landscaping project and hired 4 skips from Bath Recycling Skips over a period of months. Everything was fine until the 4th skip. On collection the driver knocked off a large part of the tree on our drive. I was quite shocked that no one told me about it and when I called the office to tell them they said they knew about it. Fine, mistakes can happen and I asked them what they would do to sort the issue out. The office escalated this and came back to me with an offer that if I pay for another skip in full I can put the tree in that skip and they will not charge me for a mixed waste collection. I was quite amazed at this response, no apology, and no offer to come and collect the tree etc.. In the end I had to cut the tree down myself and put it in the skip for them to collect, this obviously took a large part of the skip that I couldn't use for other materials. The office simply didn't care about the issue or resolving it in any way. The last email I had from them stated 'I suggest you take up the solution offered to you as I will not be discussing this further'. Needless to say I ordered further skips from another company. I wouldn't have minded so much if there was an apology and offer to resolve, I understand these things can happen but the customer service was terrible.On another note, the other company I am now using tell you the time they will collect and send a text message to give you a warning. I also got a bigger skip for a cheaper price.At the end of the day, a skip is a skip, and there isn't much difference between services however customer service is critical if things go wrong and in this case my experience from this company was awful.

Good value skips with timely delivery and polite drivers, what’s not to like...

We have recently been having a clear out as many other people have done in these difficult times. We decided to have a skip to make our lives easier. Bath Recycling Skips delivered on time, very professionally down our quite narrow drive. I would highly recommend them, from the office staff to the delivery driver.

Highly recommend.From booking to delivery to collection. All info is clear. Staff are amazing from office to drivers. Will always use these guys. And will continue to recommend to friends and customers. Great service.

Been using these a while as we're having renovations. Be warned of the small print, they could collect your skip without notice after 2 weeks as happened to us, despite it not being full! Delivery guys are always friendly and helpful however whoever is on the phone doesn't care once they have your money and very unhelpful to a long standing customer. 2 stars are only because delivery guys are nice.
