Martyn goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service, from fitting us into a packed schedule to providing endless free post-report advice and support. He is one of the best communicators I've come across, both in person and in writing, and has the full respect of his colleagues in the industry, so selecting a supplier for the drainage solution is a fully-informed and even pleasant process. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I'm not one for posting reviews but I did want to voice my thanks to Martyn and FPS Ltd. We have received advice and guidance of an exceptionally high standard in regard to issues with our own septic tank. Martyn has also advised our neighbouring friends in an equally professional, timely and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending FPS Ltd to anyone we know and, if needed, will use Martyn again without hesitation.

Martin gave a very thorough and professional service. He surveyed a septic tank system shared by six properties and reported on its compliance status. He showed excellent diplomatic skills in dealing with the various property owners not all of whom were necessarily keen on having the survey carried out in and around their properties. The finished report was of a high standard and helped us establish exactly the status of the system and where the problems were with it. He also was happy to give further advice as to possible solutions which were of a practical and pragmatic nature. The advice was also impartial because he was not trying to sell us a new system. We would thoroughly recommend Martin Fawcett.

We needed an independent review of our sceptic tank to ensure it met the required standards prior to selling. We received clear and understandable professional advice which we used when making the necessary changes. Having the report enabled us to thoroughly question different companies who came to do the work. Without the report we could easily have been misled. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic Service and Thoroughness. We received a detailed report from Martyn on our current septic tank and what was required to make it compliant. There was a detailed technical report and images and it was all made easily understandable for a layman. We were so impressed that we have asked Martyn to help us out with installing a new treatment plant, and some drainage works. We would thoroughly recommend him.

The recommendation to use Martyn to carry out our percolation test came from our architect. Clearly, this was because our architect has used him many times before and can vouch for his professionalism, knowledge and expertise.Martyn corresponded with us via email to arrange a suitable day/time and even allowed us to watch the test being carried. Martyn explained everything in great detail. As self builders were interested in the process and calculations etc. As teachers, this was fascinating.We highly recommend Martyn, and we agree with our architect, that Martyn is first class in his field. Martin Fawcett was very quick & efficient, sorting my fathers septic tank problem.My father had his tank installed 18/20 years ago & all was well.
