Nice staff and decent job but managed to charge us a large dog rate for our spaniel, first time there, won’t bother going back when you pay £50 and there better groomers out there that charge much less

Such a friendly team at The Groom Room in Telford. Bertie gets so excited when we drive into the car park! He can't wait to get in there and always looks so special afterwards. Highly recommended.

My dog is very anxious and hates human interaction unless it's with a family member. The staff at the groom room are always amazing with him and do the best they can while keeping my dog and themselves safe. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

DO NOT USE PETS AT HOME GROOM ROOM!!!****Please be aware do not use Petsathome Groomroom ****You take your dog for a groom and after a consultation of what is going to be done this is what you end up with!Daisy Woodcock if the supposed stylist!!Otis had a few mats under his chin and behind his ears to which we were advised they may need to go a little shorter than the teddy bear look. We agreed. We picked him up and this is what we got, absolute shambles!And the deputy manager said to us “ what do you want me to do glue his hair back on?”Currently under investigation.

We have been taking our dog here for 2 years since he was a pup and we cannot fault the work and effort that they put into the groom of our fluffy cockapoo. Our dog is always happy to go in and happy when he comes out smelling beautiful. Thankyou all!

Would have been my 1st groom for my dog, with over 24 hours notice I phoned to re schedule my groom appointment as I noticed my dog has come out with a rash under his arms, I am punished for being a responsible dog owner by them saying that because I need to reschedule I lose my £15 deposit and would have to pay another £15 to book another appointment, I am absolutely disgusted by this - I totally understand if I cancelled on the day or just didn’t turn up but I phoned to cancel this morning when I noticed the rash when the appointment is tomorrow late afternoon. Not happy, £15 is a lot of money for me to lose.

MIRACLE WORKERS! Love these groomers, and my dog loves them too... super friendly, professional and do the best job on Polo's double coat and I'd be lost without them. They get booked up fast so best to book in advance and the price is really reasonable. Thanks a million you lovely lot!

I took my dog here for a bath and blow dry, and the Halloween package. I have given 4 stars only because of the booking process. I booked over the phone, the website is laggy and you can't specify what you want. Anyways I paid a 15 pound deposit over the phone which went through fine but on the day when I was about to pay the remaining balance they tried to say the deposit didn't go out even though the lady did it while I was on the phone to her. Then another complaint I have is i asked over the phone about nail clipping as you have to call them for this. The lady told me it would be included so I assumed they would be cut but they haven't been. So I'm now having to pay elsewhere to get them done. However in terms of him in general he did come out looking really pretty and soft
