They do not answer your calls, they cannot speak English properly, they have ripped me off and not given any assistance in getting my visa.I paid them £50 and have now had to cancel my application and re-do the whole thing myself. Absolutely shocking company - I am appalled that this company is still able to advertise themselves on Google.Google, you should have more checks in place to pick up fraudulent companies advertising on your platform.

*Do not use this service* *Warning: Rude, Unprofessional and Careless*I contacted this service a month early for a trip to Dubai in Aug 2018. After paying the £149 fee, I emailed them every week and sometimes twice a week to check the status of my application. I was told that everything thing was going according to plan and I was to receive the visa a few days before my trip. Three Days to my trip I got an email from them saying that they wont be able to send in application for my visa because of restrictions based on my age.1. These restrictions were not new and they were not prudent enough to check the rules before accepting my application2. After the fact, I had to cancel flight ticket, hotel reservations and several other reservations made for tourist activities, which came at a huge financial loss to me3. Although they had not actually sent in a visa application for me, I was only offered 50% refund of the money I paid to this company.4. They were extremely rude via email and phone calls showing no remorse for the effect this whole situation had caused me. I've attached some emails that were sent to me.5. Till this day I haven't received any refund or even a simple apology. So disappointing.

***FRAUD***They are Fraud..giving 5 stars so that it will appear on the top..I am really disappointed and very unsatisfied with the service I received. I applied and paid for an express visa appointment, which they advertised to take 3-4 working days. It turned out to be just a marketing trick. 25 days later I didn't have my appointment booked. In addition, they never gave me any update until I asked about it. They just kept telling me that the appointment would be confirmed soon, which never happened.
