I arranged for the chap to visit to provide a quote for a decent sized job. No show at the time we arranged. I waited for 2 hours, then rang him to see where he was. He didn’t seem in the least bit bothered that I’d wasted a whole morning waiting around for him (having took the morning off work).Ended up getting the job done by another local plumber, who actually seemed to want the business.

Don't know how this firm stays in business. Sent an enquiry on the website form twice before holidays, no answer. Telephoned and left voicemail twice in January asking for a call back, no reply. Finally got through to the main (home?) number and spoke to a woman to make an appointment for an afternoon in early February. Martin showed up a week before the scheduled day, early in the morning, so we asked him to come back at the appointed time the following week as it was not convenient. I called later that day to confirm the day and time with his partner, she said yes, that was indeed when he was supposed to attend. Finally, on the appointed day, we awaited Martin's arrival at 13:00, and he was a no-show. When I telephoned at 13:40 but he offered no explanation, so I cancelled. By the way, this was to install a dishwasher connection and give a quote for a full bathroom remodel, so it wasn't just a one-off small job. Hope he or his partner have another source of income because he just blew off a rather sizeable contract.

Martin is a great plumber, professional and friendly. He has done the gas certificates for our rental properties for a few years not and also plenty of plumbing work in our own home which we are renovating. Highly recommend him.

MB Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a boiler at very short notice. The new boiler was fitted the next working day without any fuss or mess. I was very pleased with the price and the new boiler is almost silent - well worth the investment.I feel extremely satisfied to have received the same high standards of work that would be expected from the likes of British Gas, with the same level of manufacturer's warranty, but with a more personal, honest touch and without the over-inflated prices.I wouldn't hesitate to use MB Plumbing again and would recommend highly to others.

Called him on the 22 May, came first thing next day and fitted new part the day after. Excellent service.

Our boiler finally packed in and Martin and his guys replaced it. I was really happy with the work and price and very professional. They are a good bunch. Highly recommend them.
