STEER CLEAR FROM THEM! If I knew then what I know now, I would have reported them to Trading Standards straight away. This dealership sold a faulty car. They gave false advice when I picked up the vehicle regarding servicing of the car and they have withheld the deposit out of spite even though the car sold was not fit for purpose.Not even 4 hours had passed since picking up the car when the engine light came on and the car started to shake. It could not accelerate over 15mph. They towed the car the day after and provided a courtesy car which had 108k miles, 2009 plate compared to the car I bought which was SG65 WTC (2015 plate) and I needed to fix the tire pressure as all of them was between 10-15 but psi is meant to be 33-35.To top it all off, when I returned the courtesy car and they said the purchased car has been fixed, there was still noise under the hood and the car struggled up hill.I asked for any documents or receipt or refunds that needed to be processed and they said nothing needed to be done that day, I had to go through the credit broker. Fast forward 10 days later and they are withholding the deposit (contrary to what they have previously said) unless I go back there and get it refunded to my card in person. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I thought I’d go to a small dealership to get a better price, but totally not worth the stress and inconvenience. In future I’d rather go to a notable dealership as opposed to a smaller one. Less risky and more peace of mind.

I bought a used Citroen DS3 from Premier Car Sales Ltd almost 3 weeks ago and I had a great experience. Taz and the team are very friendly, polite and helpful. They aren't pushy with their sales approach and always go out of their way to help you. They are great at communicating and being honest with you. I had concerns that the timing belt might need doing on the car soon and I expressed this concern so they sorted it for me at trade/cost price without any fuss. Bought a car from Premier Car Sales in Preston few months back. The car ran exceptionally well even though it was 9 years old. Recently been offered a company car so went back to these guys to see if they would buy back the car from me? They offered me a price which I considered was fair and much better than some online websites. Should I ever need to purchase a car or any of my family needs a car this company will be the first I will look into.

One of best if not the very best used car dealer in the north I've ever dealt with I was quite nervous as travelled 5 hours to pick a car from them and must say the process was seamlessly easy, people excetionally helpful, kind and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy a car from them, you will be taken care of to an unrivalled standard. Cannot recommend enough. Exceptional!
