Came in for a routine test. All went well. Efficient and on time. Friendly staff and answered my questions (I have eye conditions that run in my family). Once my prescription was updated, I was assisted in looking for glasses, making sure I got ones the suited. No pressure to buy expensive lenses but was directed to offers snd promotions. Greasy service will be back, once I need more glasses

I found the perfect frames for my new glasses after looking around for a while, the staff that helped me were very helpful and polite and professional and reassuring offering after care to make sure my new glasses were right for me as there was a change in my prescription and found them a bit blurry, but was asked to try them for a week and if I had any problems to go back and they would help me resolve the problem but having worn them for 1day I think they are going to be ok.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with utmost curtesy by the young lady who was dealing with me. She explained everything very carefully and answered all me questions very fully. When I saw the specialist, she was also very helpful and immediately put me at ease. I completely enjoyed all of the experience.
