Great service, friendly despite the pandemic! Quick turnaround on my shoes.

I had the pleasure of getting served by Mike Thorogood at clydebank I've actually never in all the shops I've been 2 been so happy with the service Mike went above and beyond for me as my request was quite a unusual 1 for shoes what a fantastic job and owner should recognise what a good hard polite worker they have

I went into the shop at clydebank today explained to William that my mum has dementia and always wore her keys around her neck and i needed blank keys to put on her instead as she was going into a home tomorrowWilliam was so kind and helped us with keys so she will continue to think her house keys are still safe. I was so upset but this lovely man was so kind I can't thank him enough what a wonderful person thank you for being so kind William

I was appalled by the service. The repair assistant first of all took my watch out of the box and struggled to open the clasp, I offered to help as he was clearly not opening it as intended but instead went ahead a forced it open. Secondly the way be tossed the watch around whilst a link was being put in was ridiculous. In this case it was a very expensive Rolex (118348), however, no care was taken at all, the gold was being bashed against the hammer left on the desk etc... I don’t care if its a £100 watch or £30,000 watch, there was no respect placed in handling a customers belongings. Train that employee with etiquette for the love of god. would leave 0 stars if possible. unacceptable service.

Polite staff. Very efficient

Extremely unhelpful. The guy was off from the get-go. Attended today to ask for a couple of links removed on my watch. Was insulted when the guy asked if my watch was a “copy” and then refused to take links off. Very confrontational

Asked for a watch to be repaired, was advised it had to be sent back to tissot at a cost of £65 had no problem with this. Then, I asked if it was possible to replace the strap with an orginal. The wee guy who had been off from the moment he spoke. Lectured me to the point where I asked for my watch back. I told him that I did not like his attitude and walked away. He shouted, God bless you

Best place , took 2 seconds to cut a key and it was perfect.
