I HAVE SINCE BEEN OFFERED A FULL REFUND AFTER I POSTED THIS.Poor service and after 4 months of very slow back and forth, (one a week then once a fortnight) reviews of my logo design and not coming up anywhere near what I want I stopped hearing from them.It was unlimited reviews but that's no good if you never see anything new and I was promised the logo without the balance to pay due to the delay, but after a month had heard nothing. I was told after asking for a refund of my deposit that I could not have one. I have received no product and cannot wait any longer. The total has been 5 months with no finished product. As a business myself I would have offered the money back out of good will If I was unable to provide the product promised. I would not feel right letting others use a business I am not happy to use myself.
