I understand the need for regulated parking. But this company gave me a ticket for parking in a customers DESIGNATED parking bay that they allowed me to park In whilst I repaired their boiler. This customer also pays for a permit for this bay. I appealed, but never had a reply for the appeal. Just a letter 6 weeks later from a debt collection agency raising the cost to £170. Won’t be getting paid, see you in court.

I went to Honeystone pub and paid the £4 parking charge on the machine and took my receipt in the pub. Then a week later i get sent a £100 parking fine. This to me looks like they are trying to scaremonger people to paying money. They can take me to court as i am not paying

A fault with their machine meant the ticket issued showed the incorrect expiry time and predictably I received a PCN even though I had paid the correct amount.I had immediately phoned their 'help' (hahahahaha) line to flag the problem and had to leave a message but received no return call.Appealing the PCN was successful, which is good because no way would I have paid. The response email was curt and without apology.It is dismaying to think how many people will be robbed due to the atrocious customer service of this company. They are cold, impersonal and parasitic.From now on, wherever possible I will not use car parks operated by these dystopian companies that behave like AI rather than treat people with respect.Join the fightback everyone.

We cannot ever speak to these people. I get 2 hours free parking and was 1 minute late paying to extend . Bully letter came 6 weeks later whilst on holiday meaning £60 went to £00 fine. Should be criminal, Lets all talk to our MPs. I did appeal but it was turned downI have left the gym concerned causing local business a months for me and my wife. Premier via Ringo loose approx 15 parking 1 hour extensions per month, every month.I have attended this gym over 550 times and tried to extend.THese people should not be allowed to run a parking franchise.

Found absolutely 0 ways to get in contact with anyone about being able to appeal my notice as the website kept telling me there was a fault with the reference number that THEY had given me. Joke of a company, rigged so the only option you have is to pay. Someone take them to court please.

Bunch of crooks.Parked in one of their car parks with a blue badge.In order to validate free parking for blue badge holders I had to take my badge to customer services.Did as instructed, came back out and they were photographing my car. A week letter I had a letter come through for parking in a disabled bay without a badge".I did exactly as instructed and showed my badge to Customer services. They must sit and wait for you to take your badge out of your windscreen at the end of shopping in order to take photos of your car without a badge

We attended a charity ice hockey match in Leeds for the benefit of Cancer Research UK. The hockey raised an amazing amount through the generosity of players and attendees. That's all the good news.The parking was a pure nightmare to arrange on their mobile system. If I didn't know better I would have to say they, Premier Park Ltd, want you to fall foul of their fines from the moment you enter.We went over our exit time by 12 minutes which lead to £100 fine or £60 if i rolled over. I admit we were at fault, but the only notification we received was an email sent 15 minutes before the fine. I don't check my emails every 15 minutes so did not see this until after the event. I do not know what the financial agreement is between the ice hockey business and Premier Park Ltd - if the money was allocated to Cancer Research then fantastic as I was slow to exit, didn't see the email in time and the whole event was for the benefit of the charity.I think calling themselves Premier Park is a liberty and trade description issue. They are more akin to Park & Fine Unlimited. Damaging to both the ice hockey business and a further dent to what is already a dire parking company.

18 minutes over in a car park we legitimately used to visit multiple shops, including a visit to one store to get medication for one of our new born babies.£60 fine, appeal rejected. Absolutely disgraceful. You literally are put in to a position whereby you’re manipulated in to feeling like you have to pay the fine.Imagine making a living from fining people who are simply going about their day to day, minding their own business. What a joke.

If I was on their property, I didn’t know. No white lines where my car was parked in the pictures they sent me. I went abroad after this and when I came back I had a letter from a debt recovery company threatening court action if I didn’t pay £170. I always pay for parking, I am very particular about it. They had pictures of my car parked on a road, which could have been virtually anywhere. I paid because I didn’t want anymore hassle. Where it happened was a long way away from my home, so it wouldn’t have been exactly convenient to go and take pictures for an appeal. I had to give one star here to post this, but I would give them minus stars if I could. I’m not the only person on the internet commenting on this company.
