drove a 140 mile roundtrip at a pre-arranged appointment, he didnt hold the car for the time we arranged and sold it just before we got there. just wasted our time.

Well when I looked at the car all seemed OK.Travelled up to Stoke from reading by train got to the car to find things that were promised wernt don't ie two dead tyres and an oil change service.Had no choice but to take it like it was.Got home to discover panoramic roof was damaged and sealed with sealant.Informed Greg and supise suprise no reply.Tryed calling no reply text no reply.Spent 600 odd quid on tyres had the ac repaired as that didn't work and now to shell out for a new roof glass!!Oh so be careful.And 3 month warantee is with Greg who won't take my calls or text so great!!Ps how can I use a warantee when you told me it was with you and you don't answer your phone or text messages.There is no warantee company as you told me to call you and then send you the bill.And still he won't pay a bill as he promised and refuses to answer his phone to any call or text

do the mot test at a nearby garage with which it is hand in hand just to pass the test..after a month if you are lucky you don't have problems for a month the car starts having problems...I drive 2 hours yesterday to come to the garage to check the car and you didn't check it... you didn't want to... SHAM

The car I bought was lovely and clean and ready to go but I didn't notice at the time that the rubber on the back windscreen wiper was hanging off until on the motorway. I messaged Greg and let him know asked if he would transfer me the funds to replace it, on £10 but fair I thought since I had just driven off in it.He said he'd send the money but didn't and gas since ignored every message. It's a shame he can't keep his word over something so small.

Great, friendly service. My previous car broke down and I found myself needing a safe family car urgently. Greg went out of his way to get me back on the road quickly, whilst giving me peace of mind with additional warranty.Some reviewers here don't understand the meaning of a used car!Thanks again Greg, take care,All the best,Martin

Top marks from me for this garage . Our son was looking for a first car and was told straight away the car he wanted had been in an accident and what the damage had been . The car came to him with a full MOT at a great price , there was a slight issue the day after he got it which was dealt with straight away. The level of customer service was faultless , so helpful and friendly .I'd definitely use them again and like to say a huge thanks to Greg who did everything to get the car ready as soon as possible for a very eager first time buyer .
