Argos Staines

Jackie was sooo helpful trying to sort an order problem I'd had with Argos overthe last week,with me getting nowhere with customer support (ha!) on line. Nothing like dealing with an actual clued up, proactive member of front of house team.Thanks Jackie!

Terrible customer service from the MANAGER himself this evening -- no manners and respect for his customers. I was trying to explain the reason that I had asked for a return/swap due to an item being unsuitable (with everything still intact/no damage). The manager had the nerve to insinuate that I was 'stupid' so he plugged in the machine and kept yapping that the product works -- when that was not the reason I came in for. He then proceeded to interrupt me whilst I tried to explain to him the issue and would not listen to what I had to say.Perhaps some training in grace and decorum would do your manager some good.Rang up Argos directly and a lovely lady sorted out the issue -- no quibbles, simple return and refund completed.

Have been there a few times to pick up my shopping, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I collected a shopping trolley that my sister I opened the box to check it & started to assemble it as it was heavy box for me to have carried it home. I strugglrd& the staff cane & helped me..they were all soo helpful a credit to your company ..5 star service..xx

If I could give Zero stars I would.I went there for a simple exchange as the product I bought was unsatisfactory and wanted to change for something better.The manager, Adeyinnka, was so incredibly rude, he talked over me when I was trying to explain why I’d like to exchange it, refused to listen, tried to belittle me by turning the product on and saying it works but still refusing to listen to why I felt the product wasn’t meeting standards.I would also like to mention he was wearing an airpod the entire time, and then proceeded to say to me “are we done I have other customers”, acting as if I wasn’t a valid customer in store.It shocks me that a person with this attitude is a manager.Thankfully spoke to a lovely lady in customer service who organised a refund for me, I don’t have her name but I’m grateful I was able to speak to someone friendly and helpful.

Sunday afternoon, hardly anyone in the shop. 4 cashier sitting around, chatting. Took 10 mins to get my order, and I was second in line.

Disappointing. I made my way to Staines on Sunday to collect an order as per the email and they tell me the DC didn’t deliver it.I don’t have a vehicle and going to Staines is a bit of hassle for me and I don’t know when I can get the time to go back again.

Reserved the item and received confirmation that is ready to collect. Came to the store and paid for the item. Waited 30 minutes for the order to be ready (noone waiting except me) and in the end has been informed that product hasn't been delivered and they have to refund it.Summary: spent 40 minutes in the store, paid for car park, don't have product as well as money on the account (until they return them) ...

Quick and Easy service, but the touch screens are sometimes to sensitive..
